Situated just next to Hongik University, this property is located within the indie arts scene of Hongdae, where art and music, street shopping, entertainment and dining options reside.

Equipped with air conditioning and heating systems, dormitory rooms include a simple breakfast of toast and jam, with coffee and juice from 08:00 – 10:00. Guests have access to shared facilities such as the living room, kitchen with dining area, and bathrooms.
